CapitalEl Capital

Cortes is the foundation under the empire. Capital partners considering More Life Development Group are also evaluating the engine that builds it.

— The Track Record
Cortes Construction LLC was registered in 2014. Twelve years of foundations poured under other names — homes for clients, restorations for owners, projects for developers. Every Cortes home built since the beginning still stands.
— The Family
Cortes is held by three founders: Edwin Cortes, the patriarch; Jay Cortes, the next generation; and Mom, the steadiness underneath both. Alejandro — the godson — is the one already arriving. El próximo prodigio.
— The Architecture
Cortes Building Group, LLC is the founders' vehicle. Below it: Cortes Construction LLC (CT), Construcciones Cortes y CIA S.A.S. (Colombia), and the planned Cortes Excavation, LLC. Each operating entity has its own partners; none of them leak across.
— The Coming Move
Cortes Excavation, LLC will isolate liability for heavy equipment as the empire scales. Capital aligned with that move can join early. Capital aligned with legacy.
— For Conversation
Capital partners interested in the trilogy at More Life Development Group, in Cortes Excavation, or in the Colombia entity, write directly. We respond personally — usually within a week.

— The Creed

What we believe.

These aren't toys. They're assets. Each one produces. Each one replaces labor.

Money — if you don't know this, you're about to waste your year. Don't die a worker.

Titles end where ownership begins.

Years — they don't come alone, and one thing's for sure.

This wasn't built without me. This isn't an opinion.

Someone has to carry out what you left behind.

Laws of the game.

Estos no son juguetes. Son activos. Cada uno produce. Cada uno reemplaza mano de obra. Dinero — si no sabes esto, estás a punto de desperdiciar tu año. No mueras siendo obrero. Los títulos terminan donde empieza la propiedad. Las leyes del juego.

Family vehicle. Operating entities.

Cortes Building Group, LLC at the top — owned only by the founders. Each operating entity below has its own partners and its own boundaries. Clean.
